Whether the goal of a marketing campaign is to drive installs, further engagement, or reconnect with lapsed players, the Supercell Media Team is responsible for making it happen. We allocate Supercell’s advertising budget in order to make all of our campaigns, online, offline and social, a huge success. To achieve this, we work very, very closely with a few select partners. You’ll be responsible for leading and inspiring these external teams to get the best results possible. 

Our team and our partners helped make the Clash of Clans Supercell Spot the most watched Superbowl Ad of all time, and also brought you the first ever 360 degree masthead on YouTube. About the Role


We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing expert to build out and execute our marketing efforts in the digital realm. This role demands an individual to own and drive all aspects of our digital campaigns, from managing multiple agencies and partners, to identifying new opportunities for brand or growth on mobile, social media, and/or specialized local platforms.

Responsibilities 

  • Develop Performance and coordinated Brand marketing campaigns across digital media to acquire users and raise awareness of our game brands
  • Support our community team by designing digital campaigns around game moments that drive engagement
  • Develop and optimize our websites, app store pages and other channels for each game as a prime channel for acquisition and engagement
  • Work closely with our Brand team to manage relationships with digital media partners and creative agencies
  • Stay up-to-date on latest developments in the digital media industry and experiment with new creative ideas

Requirements

  • Intensely curious and driven to learn
  • At least 2 years of experience in mobile marketing preferably in games, e-commerce or entertainment
  • Proven track record in social media marketing (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter or Instagram)
  • Experience with Google Analytics or equivalent tools
  • Many examples of deriving actionable insight from data
  • Ability to present data in a story form and deliver findings to the team
  • Fluency in English and Japanese
  • Passion for games
