A figure of Clash’s Barbarian isn’t a “SKU.” It is the icon of an experience enjoyed together by millions of players every day – and it can only be produced one way: the right way. A phone case isn’t an “accessory” and a t-shirt isn’t “apparel,” it’s an exclusive badge of honor, representing an aspect the game that only fellow Clashers would appreciate. These items are part of the game experience for which players and Supercell’s game developers can be proud.

Play a key role in developing the strategy and building our entire merchandise and e-commerce business in China, from the ground up; including supply chain, sales channels, distribution & fulfilment, product development, customer service, marketing/branding and licensing.
End-to-end accountability for the quality of the merchandise Supercell produces and the IP value it brings to our players.
Develop product concepts, identify the best licensees/partners to produce them, and then work with colleagues & partners until we meet or exceed our quality expectations.
Work closely together with our Game teams in Helsinki and marketing teams around the world to ensure that our merchandise exceeds our own and the millions of fans’ highest quality expectations.
Partner with Supercell’s talented artists across the company to develop and evaluate products from concept, through sampling, and final production.
