We are looking for an entrepreneurial and highly collaborative owner who will identify, evaluate, and pursue new business and growth opportunities through partnerships that will contribute to Supercell and its games’ business goals.

Responsibilities
Craft and execute a global partnerships strategy that delivers both long-term business impact and innovative and surprising experiences that delight our players
Research and analyze the market and competitors on a regular basis to generate business intelligence and external benchmarks for industry best cases and practices across business and product partnerships
Drive new business development and product partnership pitches to potential external partners, and effectively represent Supercell at high C-Suite level discussions
Propose new partnership and business development opportunities to game teams that deliver inspiration and serve the needs of our players.
Facilitate discussions and manage negotiations with potential business partners and protect the company’s long term business interests
Collaborate deeply with various teams such as Business & Operations, Legal, Entertainment & Partnerships, Game Development, and many Marketing disciplines to propose, develop, and execute business development and product partnership projects
Manage existing company-wide global and key external partnerships and discover ways to grow Supercell through new explorations and strategic initiatives
Centralized point of contact for inbound opportunities
Requirements
7+ Years of Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or related experience
Experience working closely with product and marketing teams around partnerships
Impact-driven, thinks big and is not afraid to take risks
Exceptional ownership and project management skills in a collaboration-driven environment with the ability to own and meticulously drive multiple projects across various teams
Passion for being hands-on through research, brainstorming, ideation, strategy development, negotiation, to execution
Strong commercial sense and judgment with the ability to balance out short and long-term business goals and quantify impact
Vendor Management/Relationship Management – exceptional communication skills with long-term relationship management skills
Sales/Negotiation – ability to develop deal structures and close them
Gaming and/or Entertainment background preferred but not required – Passion for gaming is required
