As Supercell’s first Learning and Development Lead, you will play a crucial role in Supercell’s success by making sure that our leads and teams - around the world are continuously learning and developing into their highest potential. This means both bringing world-class learning to us and raising the quality of in-house learning.
You will have the opportunity to build a company-wide culture of learning, tighten the link between Supercell’s mission and learning, make learning more accessible and cohesive, and expand career pathways.
This role will report directly to the Co-Chief People Officer and lead one L&D Specialist.

Own the vision, goals, strategy, and priorities for L&D at Supercell, establish buy-in across the organization, build a learning culture, and manage change related to L&D initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally with others on the People Team and at Supercell
Create and operationalize a L&D roadmap that aligns with People Team and company goals and priorities
Own the Supercellian learning journey and devise strategies that create pathways for growth and development at Supercell
Create an innovative Leadership development program
Build out the high-level arc of experience for new and existing programs
Lead an L&D Specialist with the opportunity to build a small team over time
Ensure centralized data management for L&D and use data to drive decision-making and communicate impact
Manage external partnerships with vendors
Oversee incoming learning requests and the development of all learning platforms/programs
Minimum 8 years in Learning and Development
Experience building out a Learning and Development team
Experience developing a Leadership Program
Understanding of adult learning, curriculum development, and what it takes to execute
Experience leveraging data and insights to build an informed strategy
Experience with online, in-person, and hybrid learning
Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves executor
