Want to work with one of the most ambitious Trust & Safety teams on the planet? Prepare for the North, and join us here in Helsinki, Finland! Hint: you're going to want a pair of cozy socks.

Ideally, this person loves Supercell games and games in general, has a strong background taking care of online communities, and understands the joy (and complexity) of working within a global organisation.

  • Use data to support new initiatives and ongoing efforts
  • Ensure the fluid movement of processes, communication, and priorities between the internal and external Trust & Safety teams
  • Define the process and support high risk escalations

  • Ensure new sites/teams launched within our Global Trust & Safety team are supported and well trained

  • Help shape our games development with ‘Safety by Design’ expertise

  • Collaborate closely with other internal teams

  • Exceptional verbal and written English skills (fluent or native level)
  • Previous experience (2-3 years) working with online communities
  • Team player with strong problem solving and conflict management skills

  • Passion for Supercell games
  • Previous experience in working in multicultural environments
