Squad Busters is on the quest of setting a new standard for success of a Supercell game. If you know anything about our history as game makers, then you know we are setting the highest possible bar.
About the Role
At Supercell, client programmers are at the heart of the team, working together with designers, product managers and artists to craft fresh, new experiences for our players. Writing great code is second nature to you, but in this role you will also play a central role in identifying, understanding and solving the key problems faced by our players. You will use your extensive knowledge and experience to help your team address these problems together, in whatever ways you believe in. This role is integrated within the Live Operations team of Squad Busters, which means you will be at the forefront when it comes to interacting directly with our players to bring them joy.
Our client programmers are mostly senior generalists, so you have the skills and confidence to work on many different areas of the game. It’s important that you take pride in your work and know what it means to take responsibility and deliver both quality and fun to players. You are comfortable taking a feature from a vague idea on a post-it to a fully working and polished implementation together with your team. Top notch problem solving skills and great communication skills are essential for success in this role.
We offer you a chance to join a team of professionals where talent feeds talent. We make games as a team, so we work together to achieve the best results. All of us are driven by the amazing opportunity to make a game played by millions of avid fans and to push the boundaries of what great game development and live operation means. If this sounds exciting to you, then you might just be the person we are looking for!
