You are an experienced Global Safety & Security Manager ready to take ownership of all the facilities and personnel security and safety matters at Supercell. Our Office & Facilities team has your back as you develop and implement safety policies and systems that suit the company's needs globally. 

Strong commitment, autonomy and teamwork are what you need to strengthen the safety and security of our facilities and workforce. We also expect you to demonstrate excellent project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ownership on all security & safety matters in Supercell
• Work with local teams and partners in our global offices
• Communication and transparency for all stakeholders
• Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures
• Rounded knowledge of technical and physical security
• Threat Monitoring and incident reporting
• Setup globally managed security systems across our offices
• Work on risk analysis and security audit

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar leading role within the safety & security field
• Strong ownership, project management and prioritization skills and a proven track record of rigorous execution
• Self-starter, ability to work autonomously at pace
• Exceptional people skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
• Fluent verbal and written English skills
• A proactive yet flexible problem-solving attitude in any situations
• Passion or interest for games, especially Supercell games
