We’re looking for highly experienced Lead Producers to join the following game teams:
Clash Royale - become a key member of the Clash Royale team on their mission towards making Clash Royale the thing you do whenever you have 5 minutes to spend
Brawl Stars - become the first-ever producer for the Brawl Stars team
Mo.co - join the team on an exciting journey towards becoming a massive global hit
We’re looking for individuals who can thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment while owning the entire project plan for the game’s development cycles.
You are a force multiplier for any team you work with. You empower everyone to collaborate productively. You create visibility into the project’s scope, risks, and resourcing needs, and you work seamlessly with the team to plan the best way to deliver high-quality releases. You are a pro at driving multiple development tracks and ensuring deadlines are consistently met in a sustainable way.
We offer you a chance to join a team of professionals where talent feeds talent. We believe game development is a team sport and work together to achieve the best results. So, it’s paramount that you’re a strong team player as well! We trust each other’s skills and value each other’s work. All of us are driven by the fantastic opportunity to make a game played by tens of millions of players better and better.
As a producer on a Supercell game team, whether a new game or one of our existing live games, you will not be slowed down by too complicated approval processes. Instead, you have the freedom to define the ways of working, tools and processes that best support the team’s work – if this challenge excites you, then you might just be the person we are looking for!

Risk Management - Regularly assess and communicate risks to the schedule and to team capacity, and drive towards resolution.
Project Communication - Manage expectations from both internal and external teams and stakeholders. Proactively communicate project status, priorities, and plan changes on a regular basis.
Functional Workflows and Organization - Establish appropriate workflows and milestones tailored towards the needs of each sub-team. (ex: feature development, character art creation, etc.) Move the teams effectively through workflows from one milestone to the next, while ensuring a strong focus on collaboration, quality, and efficiency.
Continuous Process Improvement - Regularly assess effectiveness of existing processes, gather team feedback, and make adjustments based on feedback and project phase needs. Maintain the right amount of structure, without adding unnecessary overhead.
Resourcing Budgets - Track resourcing needs, and scenario plan for new headcount requirements for future plans.
