Finance Business Partner, Business and Operations

We seek a Finance Business Partner to power up our finance capabilities in our Business and Operations team. This is an exciting, high-impact role working alongside our game P&L owners and partnering with them to constantly figure out how to grow our games business.

Your task is to support and challenge your key stakeholders as you strive to increase ownership, understanding, and accountability of our financial performance. You'll proactively track and analyze our performance and help assess different games' investments and risk-taking strategies for long-term business growth.

With your stakeholders, you'll partner to understand product plans, expected results from the inputs, and how all of these come together in the form of P&L. There's also a bunch of teams across Supercell waiting to collaborate with you (e.g., Investments, Financial Accounting, FP&A, Marketing, Data analytics..).

In addition, you should always aim to raise the bar in our monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L management practices and support the development of our financial tools.

While you'll have a broad set of responsibilities, you need to be comfortable in prioritizing the right activities to focus on and be bold in getting your hands dirty by diving deep into different topics or building financial models.



Main responsibilities:

  • Supporting the P&L management across Supercell's business, including live and new games, as well as investee companies
  • Financial planning and analysis for some of our games
  • Provide your key stakeholders with business and operational insights and analysis to support the decision-making. 
  • Financial and KPI modeling
  • Help assess our games' investments and risk-taking strategies
  • Inventing and simplifying sustainable and scalable business management processes


Who are we looking for?

  • 5+ years of relevant experience from e.g. FP&A, business control, or other similar finance roles.
  • Strong financial acumen & strategic mindset
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, both in understanding their needs as well as communicating effectively
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter with an improvement mindset
  • Skilled in analytical problem-solving and financial modeling
  • You don't need to work in the games industry, but enthusiasm toward games is great!
