We’ve excited to announce we are looking for a People Partner to join our Seoul team. You will partner with one of the most creative and innovative marketing teams who supports the world’s best mobile games.
You will be a dedicated people partner to Team Seoul and be the go-to-person for anything “people related”. You will work closely with the GM and team leads to make sure they have the best possible team in place and that they can navigate and support their team members throughout the employee lifecycle at Supercell.
You will have the opportunity to work at the individual, team, and company level, on programs ranging from individual wellbeing to championing company culture. Responsibilities
Be a trusted partner to the GM and team leads and challenge them to grow and improve as leaders and coach them to develop their individual team members to reach their full potential
Help facilitate the complete employee lifecycle, starting with headcount planning, onboarding, performance management, talent management
Partner with leads on how resolve challenging team situations, conflict resolution and performance
Run Team Seoul’s performance management and compensation process and educate leads and team members about compensation and benefits at Supercell
Partner with Learning and Development to design, organize and deliver team trainings
Partner with the global recruitment team (and local agencies) to make sure the team is fully staffed
Partner with global teams (finance, payroll, legal and etc.), along with local external partners, to maintain a high level of compliance in regards to relevant local regulations.
Provide and analyze team related people data and KPIs
Own and develop selected global people initiatives eg. well-being, performance management)
Work creatively together with other People Partners around engagement and change initiatives and their implementation
Be an active advocate for fostering Supercell culture and values in everyday interactions with leads and team members
Requirements
At least 5-8 years of relevant experience an HR generalist role, preferably as an HR Business Partner
A BA in a relevant field such as Human resources, Psychology, Organization Development or Business
Ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing, creative environment
Have a flexible, improvement mindset, and a genuine interest in own self-development
Ideally previous experience working in an international environment
Experience in performance management, wellbeing or talent management development
Experience with individual coaching and team facilitation
Excellent English and communication skills
Passion for games
