Our mission* is clear, we are on course, and our team is growing. Join us to unlock the achievements of leveling up our toolbox! As a Tech & Tools Manager in our Trust & Safety team in Helsinki you’ll work with different internal stakeholders across teams and external partners to help the team deliver highly impactful projects that will contribute to a better and safer experience for hundreds of millions of players who love our games daily.
We are a small team, and a big part of the work is to enable successful development and ensure that we don’t carry on too many projects at once, instead focusing on the tools and tasks that bring the most value to Supercell.
You have a software engineer background, can understand complex software architecture, and can fluently design and discuss technical details with developers. You have previous experience in the area of Trust & Safety, and you understand what kind of tools a gaming company requires in this domain.
Your work routine would ensure that the team focuses on the right things, that prioritization and roadmaps are planned correctly, and that the software integrates well with existing services. You will also get into the code and participate in developing our tools and systems.
Does this sound like you? Great, prepare for the North, and join us here in Helsinki, Finland! Hint: You'll want a pair (or two) of cozy socks.
