We are on the lookout for a Senior Learning & Development (L&D) Partner to join our growing Learning and Development team. This individual will play a key role in advancing our L&D initiatives, focusing on fostering leadership development particularly for new and emerging leads, elevating our feedback culture, enhancing onboarding and developing and designing comprehensive learning programs.
You will report to the Learning and Development Lead and will be a member of the Global People Team collaborating with others in Helsinki, Shanghai, San Francisco and Seoul. In this role you will have the exciting opportunity to be a part of a fun and dynamic team to help build world-class L&D and create a long standing impact at Supercell.
Responsibilities
Owning the leadership development for new and emerging leads, ensuring they are well-equipped for their roles and supporting other leadership development initiatives.
Establish a feedback culture and implement tools and processes that facilitate effective, meaningful, and productive feedback.
Support taking the Supercell onboarding experience to the next level.
Collaborate with People Partners and key stakeholders to create, implement, and manage innovative learning programs aligned with business needs. This includes content creation on relevant platforms.
Create toolkits and ‘how to’ guides that enhance leadership, feedback and team skills
Continuously look for ways to improve the learning and development function, strengthen our learning culture and measure impact.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in People Development or Learning & Development
Experience in coaching for high performance and coaching leaders, with a passion for emerging and new leaders.
Experience in successfully building out feedback culture
Strong influencing, communication and facilitation skills
Sleeves up & hands-on collaborative attitude. We don’t have any spectators here!

Our team is in Helsinki, Finland. We’d be happy to have you here in Helsinki or alternatively there is an option to commute regularly to Helsinki if you are based in another European country.
